Project Manager

  • Description

    Primary is seeking an experienced agency Project Manager to join our growing marketing communications team in our Haverhill, MA office. Candidates should have at least 5-8 years of project management experience working at an advertising agency or in-house marketing department. Applicants must be knowledgeable in creative development work and able to implement, track and enforce internal processes for web, digital and traditional design and marketing campaign projects.

  • Qualifications
    • Strategic thinker who can manage across executive, account and creative teams to deliver solutions that address a client’s business requirements
    • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, run team meetings and identify and resolve issues
    • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and technical components to our clients

  • Duties
    • Develop RFP and Scope of Work documents
    • Define project steps, tasks, requirements against SOW
    • Work with account services team to develop and maintain all project deliverables including budgets, project plans, issues logs, presentations, change orders, etc.
    • Be the point person to communicate amongst account leads, designers, art directors, developers, social media teams, copywriters and external resources in order to drive timely, high-quality project delivery
    • Manage and monitor scope of work, timelines and milestones
    • Implement project management and resource tracking software to scope, monitor and issue status reports on projects
    • Continually refine internal interactive process for optimal efficiency and work quality

Account Supervisor

  • Description

    Primary is growing and has an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive in our Haverhill, MA office! The Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive will be responsible to help organize and manage Client projects, be the daily liaison between Clients and Agency, report campaign performance, and conduct weekly project meetings between the Clients and Agency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and will be a motivated self-starter and team player.

Art Director

  • Description

    Primary is seeking an energetic and motivated Art Director with strong web design knowledge to join the team in our Haverhill, MA office. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience working at an Agency with strong design skills across channels, primarily in digital and web design. Strong UX/UI understanding and experience with CSS is a requirement. Candidates must be equally conceptually strong as they are technical.

SketchUp Designer

  • Description

    The SketchUp Designer will work on floor plan and interior renderings for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have prior SketchUp experience as well as be an excellent self-starter and project manager. Must be able to read architectural drawings and have good math skills. The position would start out part time with the possibility of turning into full time. We are flexible with this position being either freelance or in-house but our preference would be to have someone work in our Haverhill office. Additional proficiencies in 3D modeling software, exterior rendering and Adobe Creative Suite experience a huge plus.

Web Designer

  • Description

    PRIMARY is seeking a super talented and wicked smart/cool front-end web designer for our Haverhill studio. Does this sound like you? Great! Please read on (we love your confidence btw). Now for the fine print… You will be responsible for the front-end development of responsive websites with user-friendly design and clear navigation. You must have the ability to build sites using both static and dynamic content. You will have a working knowledge of JavaScript and other web languages to code custom page functionality. Finally, you will also be required to stay on the cutting edge of new technology and web languages by researching, collaborating with other members of PRIMARY’s web team and going to conferences.

  • Duties
    • Attend client meetings to learn the wants and needs of their project prior to development
    • Provide accurate time estimates to complete a project based on its requirements and scope
    • Work with Account Services to set project deadlines and track job progress
    • Work directly with designers to evaluate static mockups for responsive/interaction design, feasibility, and usability
    • Identify and provide solutions to any UX/UI concerns that you may have
    • Asses each project to help determine the best development workflow / framework / tools for the job
    • Build static and dynamic sites with the ability to custom-build functionality if needed
